The animatronic known as 'Foxy' had apparently gone haywire and began closing its jaw at the nearby dayshift worker. The worker, Jeremy Fitzgerald, had a multitude of injuries after the accident, such as bite marks all across his forehead and some wounds across the top of his head. Later, he was found to have minor brain damage due to the accident. Henry Emily, the chain owner, confirmed the place would be closing down for at least a few months to find out the source of the malfunction. 'The Fazbear Company once again apologizes to the people of Brooklyn. We have repeatedly endangered the families we serve and we only hope to reopen when these issues are solved.'
